The mark consists of a black circle having a broken diagonal slash extending from lower left to upper right, protruding above and to the right. Narrowing horizontal lines extend from the upper right outside of the circle to the mid-line elevation. In red, a shield plate covering much of the upper half, and mostly right-most quadrant inside the circle, and broken by a white diagonal co-linear with the black diagonal line. A black footer line extends from the lower end of the diagonal briefly to the left. Below the circle, the word in red "NULL", followed by in black the word "WINDS", and followed below both centered in black and slightly smaller font size, the word "TECHNOLOGY".
