The mark consists of a design of a square with 3 superimposed concentric circles within the square. The square has a division left and right from the top to the bottom of the square dividing each circle into left and right also. The left side of the square is shaded black and the right side is shaded white. The smallest or center circle is shaded white on the left and black on the right, the mid-sized circle is black on the left and white on the right and the largest or outer circle is white on the left and black on the right. The stylized text "EAGLE EYE" is scribed diagonally overthe top left corner of the square. As the letters cross parts of the logo the letters are positive to negative in shading depending on the background of the logo. The stylized text "TARGET GOLF" is in a divided rectangle at the base of the square with "TARGET" in black text on a white background on the left and "GOLF" in white text on a black background on the right.
