The mark consists of four concentric circles: a light blue outer circle, a light cerulean circle appearing inside the outer circle, a darker cerulean circle appearing inside the light cerulean circle and a final inner-most brown circle (a pancake, design code 08.01.11), fading from light brown at the edges to dark in the center with a gold outer rim; the word "PANCAKE" appears in the light cerulean circle in bold, royal blue, all capital letters arced with the "C" at the top center of the circle; there is a slightly darker cerulean shadow in the portion of the circle containing the letters "NCAKE" in "PANCAKE"; the word "MOUNTAIN" appears in the same font, arced at the bottom of the light cerulean circle with the first letter "N" at the bottom center of the circle; a splatter of golden brown syrup appears on top of the pancake circle, with seven outward points; the four points on the top portion of the pancake have white shine marks, and the three points on the bottom portion of the pancake have dark brown shadow marks; a light yellow pat of butter appears in the middle of the syrup splatter; four pieces of brown bacon (design code 08.11.25) with a tan inner stripe, two on the left and two on the right, extend out horizontally from the darker cerulean circle, over the top of the light cerulean and light blue circles.
