The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a specific design feature of the identified goods consisting of a rectangular belt positioned horizontally, with a raised oval grommet at either end. Approximately one quarter of the way away from either end of the belt going toward the center of the belt, is a raised vertical rectangular bar which extends from just above the upper edge of the rectangular belt to just below the lower edge of the belt. The literal element "NICOLE LEE" is imprinted onto both of the vertical rectangular bars. In the center of the horizontal rectangular belt is a horizontal rectangular plate which sits atop the belt and the ends of which are the same distance from the inner vertical edges of the vertical bars with "NICOLE LEE" imprinted on them as the outer vertical edges of the same bars are from the inner edges of the grommets. Within the middle of the center horizontal plate is a raised loop which starts as the top of the horizontal rectangular plate and extends to the bottom of it. Through the loop on the rectangular plate is a lock, which hangs down from the loop. The upper loop of the lock extends from the left upper side of the top of the lock through the loop connected to the horizontal plate to the right upper side of the top of the lock. Connected to the lock loop is the body of the lock which is a parallelogram in shape, with the bottom being wider than the top and the side length being equal. The front and back of the lock are connected by a narrow body. The front face of the lock is imprinted with two concentric circles which are each outlined by two parallel circular borders, one within the other. Within the center of the inner circle are the stylized upper case letters "NL" which are attached together with the right most leg of the "N" and the left side of the "L" being the same line. In the outer circle, between the outer circular borders and inner circle borders, is the wording "NICOLE LEE" in stylized upper case letters. At the horizontal half-way point of the outer circle, on both the left and right side of the circle, is an asterisk. Curving around the bottom half of the outer circle, between the star designs, is the literal element "HOLLYWOOD SINCE 2004" in stylized upper case letters. To both the left and right of the loop and lock, and just within the outer edge of the horizontal plate, is a square raised pyramid.
