The mark consists of a symbol that is formed by a small segment and a large segment, the small segment consists of an arc with a first end that begins at approximately the eleven o'clock position on a clock face and that widens and curves southwest, the arc then narrows as it curves to the south east with a second end stopping at approximately the six o'clock position located below and to the right of the first end of the small segment, the large segment is essentially a number "2," the large segment has a first end that contacts the first end of the small segment, the first end of the large segment narrows and curves northeast, then widens and curves south, then narrows as it curves southwest, the large segment then extends to approximately the seven o'clock position and reverses direction to curve south then southeast, while widening, the large segment then tapers and ends with a slight northeast curve, the second end of the large segment is located below and to the right of the south facing portion of the large segment, the two segments are colored or shaded differently so that a viewer can see the large segment forming the number "2" and, when viewing the small segment in conjunction with the large segment, they together form the letter "Q".
