The mark consists of a black rectangular background, a broken and distressed light grey circular outline with a six-pointed red star at each of the left and right mid-points on black segments of the light grey circular outline, with a red background in the interior of the circle with black images of Chicago landmark buildings thereon, and a masked figure in the foreground trudging to the right and wearing camouflage gear in light grey, dark grey, and black and with a red six-pointed star on the upper right sleeve, the right arm down to the side and the left arm holding a flagstaff on the left shoulder, with a tattered 5-striped flag in red and black and with four red star figures in the center black stripe, the stripes running perpendicular to the staff, and near the bottom to either side of the figure various black and red forms suggesting a river and disturbed terrain; the words "ALL RISE" in a stylized font, all capital font in light grey appear in curved format over the top of the circle, "BREWING CO." is provided straight across the bottom inside the rectangle beneath the circle also in light grey small-capital letters except for capital "B" and "C", the words "COBRA LOUNGE" appear in light grey in a stylized font in a black banner with light grey edges placed just within the circle and centered at the top, the word "CHICAGO" in light grey in a similar banner at the bottom inside the circle, and the lettering "EST. 2013" just above the "CHICAGO" banner in red stylized font on a black portion just beneath the figure. The stippling is a feature of the mark and does not indicate color.
