The mark consists of a series of concentric circles defined by blue lines which go from large to progressively smaller within the larger blue outer circle. Straight blue lines cross from the inner border of the outermost circle to the outer border of the innermost circle at each of the ninety degree and forty-five degree sections of the circles. Superimposed on the blue circles and lines are two hands which are blue in color, with the one on the left facing upwards and the one on the right reaching out and facing downward. On either side of the circles and hands design is an ear of wheat which is blue in color and which curves around the outer edges of the design element and intertwines with the other at the base of the circle. Between the upper edges of the ears of wheat and curving directly above the top of the blue circles and hands design is the word "UNGEDAO" in stylized blue letters. The color white is not part of the mark but represents a transparent background.
