The mark consists of a design of a blue and dark blue rectangle cuboid with dark blue on the upper portion and blue on the lower portion, and a purple rectangle cuboid disposed parallel to the blue rectangle cuboid with one side of the purple rectangle cuboid contacting one side of the blue rectangle cuboid, as well as a red rectangle cuboid and an orange rectangle cuboid disposed parallel to the red rectangle cuboid with one side of the orange rectangle cuboid contacting one of the sides of the red rectangle cuboid, said pairs of rectangle cuboids arranged perpendicularly to each other forming an "X" shape, with two additional rectangle cuboids in the colors green, dark green and light green extending perpendicularly outward from the central portion of the "X".
