The mark consists of a design of a rectangle with the top portion in the color blue with a narrow gold band border, below is a yellow arched portion with a narrow yellow band above, followed by a blue band; below and to the left hand side is a farmhouse with the main building in blue with a white window and black and blue roofs and to the right of which is a wind tower; to the left and above the black roof is a white moon which extends into the yellow arched portion; to the right of the wind tower the color blue fades to a white sky; below and across the bottom is a blue band with a narrow gold band across it at its top edge; a yellow banner appears across the top left hand corner; an elongated oval in black with an outer rim in gold appears at the center top through the blue and gold bands and extending into the white background.
