The mark consists of a blue and white image of the head of a canine surrounded with the color white with double blue lines circling the head, with inner circle thicker than outer circle. Double blue circle lines have white space in between lines. White space surrounding outside blue circle with a blue wave shaped circle surrounding white space. The outermost part of circle is fine blue wave line with less of an arch then inner blue wave circle and section between wave circles is colored white. A blue ribbon with triangular cut outs on each end located below canine head and lower part of circle and extends beyond outside wave circle on both left and right side. The words "BLUE DANE" located on ribbon in white and centered on ribbon below the image of the canine head image. There is white line passing through the top and lower part of blue ribbon with blue below and on top of white line.
