Description of Mark
The mark consists of The term "Tero" in stylized font. The "T" in "Tero" is white, set in front of a blue background while the rest of the word is in blue set against a white background. The "T" is capitalized. Above the first letter "r", there is a single leaf blowing north east at roughly a 45 degree angle. Within the leaf there is a single white line in the middle of the leaf following the same direction of the leaf. Just within the borders of the leaf there are thin white/blue gradient lines following the shape of the leaf. The mark, with the exception of the "T," is then reflected under itself and inverted so as to spell "ero" upside down. The reflection is the same color blue but styled as to fade from blue to white from the top of the reflection down.
