The mark consists of five stylized leaves, with four of the leaves being graduated in size, an upper larger leaf being green, a smaller intermediate leaf being yellow, and a yet smaller lower leaf being orange; the upper green leaf and the intermediate yellow leaf partially overlying one another; the intermediate yellow leaf and the lower orange leaf partially overlying one another; the upper, larger green leaf having a smaller white leaf completely overlying it at a position removed from the yellow leaf; the overlying white, green, yellow and orange leaves arranged in an upwardly elongated curved line with the words "DR SELECTS" in gray; with a stylized green leaf, having a white dot in the center thereof, positioned between the letters "D","R" and the word "SELECTS"; the letters "D","R" and the word "SELECTS" being positioned to the right of the upper large green leaf with the smaller white leaf overlying it; the words "PHYSICIAN FORMULATED" being on a first line and the words "DIETARY SUPPLEMENT" being on a second line below the first line, with the words "PHYSICIAN" and " FORMULATED" and "DIETARY" and "SUPPLEMENT" all being in gray, with the "PHYSICIAN FORMULATED" line and the "DIETARY SUPPLEMENT" line both being centered below the four stylized overlying leaves and the "DR SELECTS" words with all of the leaves having two pointed extremity portions positioned oppositely one another; with all of the foregoing being on a white background with the individual design components on a small gray background.
