There are two white upper teeth outlined in black that are below the upper lip and to the left of the tip of the tongue. There are eight white lower teeth outlined in black that are above the lower lip and in front of the bottom of the tongue. The middle six lower teeth are flat on top and the two outside lower teeth are pointed on top. A pink tongue with dark pink shading to create a three-dimensional effect is extending from the open mouth. The tongue is curling upward and a diamond outlined in black and with white, gray and light gray shading to create a three-dimensional effect rests on the tongue. The left most point of the diamond slightly covers the right upper tooth in the mouth. The bottom of the diamond has a white sparkle with one point extending in a north-northeast direction, one point extending, one point extending in an eastward direction, one point extending in a south-southeast direction, one point extending in a very slight south-southwest direction, and a very small point of the sparkle extending in a westward direction. The rest of the inside of the mouth is dark grey.
