Secure IP Telecom sells domestic and international long distance services on a wholesale basis to either a) other wholesalers looking to resell services that don't have end-user customers of their own, or b) companies who buy large volumes of long distance services and have end-user customers of their own, such as prepaid card consumers, mobile phone users, and owners of home and business fixed lines. Secure IP Telecom typically buys these international long distance services directly from the carriers terminating the long distance traffic (delivering the calls to their final destination) in the destination country. Secure IP Telecom does not have any end-user customers of its own and its service is not readily available to the general public. All of its arrangements for these services are done via private contracts with the other wholesale buyer and/or provider
