Appearing in the foreground of the image is a horizontally placed red rectangular label slightly curved upwards. The red label is outlined with a darker shade of red. A thin white line separates the hilltop and the label below. The words BULLIES LIFE appear on the label in bold white capital letters. The words BULLIES LIFE are separated by a smaller yellow tennis ball. Trailing behind the tennis ball is wind signified by a dark red curve outlined with white and coming from behind the left side of the hilltop. Appearing in the background of the image is a dark red circle encompassing most of the image excluding the upper portion of the rounded head of the fire hydrant and both the left and right sides of the label. The circle and label are outlined by a thin red line. The bottom portion of the circle below the label is completely filled in with a darker shade of red. Within that bottom portion of the circle appears an image of a horizontally placed dog bone. Within the upper portion of the circle are red dots lining in the inside of the dark red circle. The space within and between the circle and the image is filled in with the color white.
