"Chisum Travel Center" is the name of our client's service stations for which they desire to secure this trademark. A search of the ID Manual revealed three class numbers which we believe may best suit our client's needs: 007 Fuel pumps for service stations, 037 Automobile service station services, and 037 Vehicle service stations. We understand that we were asked to specifically avoid including class numbers and brackets in our filing, however, we want to be as clear as possible that the only reason we are doing so is to ensure that the examining attorney understands exactly the purposes for which our client seeks its trademark. Our client asks for approval of its mark so that it has sole right to use the mark on any and all buildings and products it uses in the course of its business. Chisum Travel Centers are a brand of full-service gas station that sells all traditional gas station goods and services. Our client, Kendrick Oil Co., owns and operates such gas stations and wishes to have the Chisum trademark to use in its business at its exclusive discretion on any and all products and services it provides to customers
