The mark consists of two concentric circles, with the innermost circle depicted in black, outlined in white and containing the intertwined white letters "DC" within. The outer circle is depicted in green with a white and green border. Inside the green circle are several designs. At the top of the circle proceeding clockwise is a rhinoceros depicted in white, to the right is a depiction of Alaska in white, followed by a white pineapple, white wedge of cheese, white squirrel, white crown, a black and white spider and a white firearm.
