The mark consists of The words "Sushi" and "Kitto" appear next to each other continuously without substantial space between them. The word "Sushi" appears in color Black and the word "Kitto" appears in color Red. Above the words "Sushi" and "Kitto" appears a circle design that resembles a circular piece of sushi. The circle design is composed of a circle filled in solidly in Black. Within the Black circle appears the letters "S" and "K" in White with the left extremities of the letter "S" reaching beyond the edge of the Black circle and the right extremities of the letter "K" reaching beyond the edge of the Black circle. The Black circle is outlined by a blank outer space, which is itself outlined by a Red circle. There is no claim that the blank out space between the Black circle and the Red outline is part of the mark as this space will adopt the color of the background in which the mark is or will be placed. The outermost Red circle is drawn starting from the lower right quadrant from a point and accelerating quickly in girth, but then gradually and slowly thinning out around approaching the beginning of the circle but not connecting to it.
