The mark consists of a weathered tan sign affixed at the corners to a brick background, which appears as mottled dark red, brown and white. At the top of the sign, a red circle with red rectangular protrusions extending from the left and right sides appears. A thin tan circle with rectangular tan protrusions extending from the left and right side appears inwardly of the red design described above. Inside the tan circle and rectangles described above appears the words "WORLD FAMOUS" in tan arching upwardly at the top. At the bottom of the red and tan circle and rectangle design, the words "KANSAS CITY" appears in tan arching downwardly. In the center, large tan star shape and the word "JOE'S" appears in tan above seven star shapes in the tan. The background of the circle and rectangle design is red, and the entire design has a weathered texture with red specks appearing throughout the tan and tan specks appearing throughout the red. The top of the circle design is cut off at the top of the sign. Below the above described tan and red circle and rectangle design, the words "BAR-B-QUE SAUCE" appears in black between two thin horizontal black lines. The words "BAR-B-QUE SAUCE" have a weathered texture where specks of white appear in the black words. The top horizontal black line is broken in the center by the above circle and rectangle design. Below the bottom black horizontal line, between two black star shapes, the word "ORIGINAL" appears in a red, scripted font.
