The mark consists of a yellow circle with a thick black border that is cut off at the bottom by a banner whose width spans wider than the circle; the banner has a thick black border that curves slightly down; the stylized word "FISHASSIST" is within the blue banner in thick black capitalized font with white shadowing behind the letters of "FISHASSIST"; the "T" of the stylized word "FISHASSIST" is curved at the bottom of the letter towards the right in the shape of a fishing hook with a pointed barb at the end of the curve; in front of the yellow circle and behind the banner is a stylized open mouthed fish in gray and white, outlined in black, jumping with blue and white splashing water spraying up from the top of the banner and both behind and in front of the bottom portion of the fish. The yellow circle, fish, and splashing water are completely within a light gray circle with a thick medium gray border; the banner is almost completely within the light gray circle except for its bottom left and right corners, which protrude outside of the light gray circle and its border.
