The mark consists of a rectangular bronze shape figure with the top part having slightly round and curved lines. The design is bordered by a pink line. Inside are found two parallel black lines bordering the design with a white line between the black lines forming the same rectangular shape. Inside the inner shape is found the word "Interamerican" written in stylized black letters. Immediately below is found a black "i" letter continued by another black "i" letter upside down. At the left and right side is found an irregular black "S" shape. Below the "i" letters is found the words "Import, Inc" written in black stylized letters.
