The mark is a seal stylized as a "university" would have. It is circular and its background is white. It's outermost mark is a double border in black, with a thinner outer black circle and a thicker inner black circle, leaving a small white buffer between them. In the center of the mark is a crest/shield. Within the crest is a silhouette of a bull in the upper left shield section, a silhouette of a bear in the upper right shield section, and in the middle is a silhouette of a torch whose flame is lit in red/orange/yellow. To the left and right of the torch are silhouettes of open books. There is a silhouette of a olive wreath beneath the torch and books encircling them in a half-circle design. The shield is bordered by a black circle, leaving a buffer between it and the outer double black border. Within this buffer, centered across the top is the phrase "401(k) University" writ in blue and green. Also within the buffer, centered at the bottom are the Latin words, "Conscientia", "Disciplina", and "Wele" writ in green. Dividing these two word sets are two dollar signs, "$", writ in black and centered on the left and right part of the buffer respectively.
