The mark consists of a stylized capitol building in blue and white. Overlaying the base of the capitol building is a frontal view of the apex of a Gable roof in blue and white. Above the base of the building are a series of columns, windows, pilasters, exedra, and exterior lights in white and blue. The top of the building consists of a balustrade enclosing a dome and exterior lights in blue and white. A cupola in white and blue sits atop the dome with a flagpole and stylized American flag in blue and white on top of the cupola.
