The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle with a pink foil top over the stopper and covering the top quarter of the bottle. A pink band with a gold chevron-like pattern and three equally spaced gold horizontal lines is wrapped around the bottom of the foil. At its center, the band contains a gold four-sided frame with rounded corners and outward-facing points at the centers of the four sides. Inside the frame is a decorative design comprised of a pink letter "C" with a smaller pink letter "P" inside on a gold circular background, surrounded by a circle of gold rays, and outside that, a border of gold dots, and surrounding that the words "PRODUCT OF FRANCE" in gold, curving around above and below, with a gold dot in between. Under the band and extending the length of the reminder of the bottle are a series of vertical pairs of stripes, gold on the left and pink on the right; the distance between the stripes widens as the bottle widens from the neck past the shoulders to the bottom. There is a large pink label toward the bottom of the bottle with three gold line borders and, inside that, a border of gold dots. In the top center of the pink label is a gold circle containing a design of the black letters "CP" interlocked, with the "P" inside the "C" on a gold background, and surrounding that, a circle of black rays. To the left of the circle is the word "PRODUIT" in gold, and to the right of the circle is the wording "DE FRANCE" in gold. Under the circle is the stylized wording "CAFÉ DE PARIS" in black with a partial gold outline that makes the letters look three dimensional. Below that is the wording "SPARKLING" in black smaller letters and, under that, a small gold fanciful design of a flower with the wording "POMEGRANATE" in black below. Under that wording, in black letters curving upwards at the ends, is the wording "750 ML-10% ALC./VOL.," and below that the wording "MADE WITH SPARKLING WINE AND NATURAL FLAVORS" also in black. The lighter pink color between the paired stripes on the body of the bottle represents the liquid inside the bottle and is not part of the mark. The broken lines depicting the shape of the bottle and bottle stopper indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
