The mark consists of a short white vertical line and a long white horizontal line forming a Latin cross tipped on its side, with the top part of the cross at the left of the image and the bottom part at the right. The cross has a circle lined in white over the top, "plus-sign" portion of the cross. The center of this circle is the point at the intersection of the white horizontal and vertical lines. The diameter of the circle is roughly 70% of the length of the vertical line. The circle surrounds the following other geometric shapes: a) a small square-shaped green diamond center at the point at the intersection of the white vertical and horizontal lines, b) four (4) green tear-shaped ovals, and c) five (5) squares, one (1) large white square and the other four (4) green small squares. The large white square, except for the corners, is contained within the circle. Each quadrant of the large white square contains one of the smaller green squares. Each of the green ovals lies between two of these smaller green squares. Two (2) of the green ovals overlay and are bisected lengthwise by the white horizontal line. The other (2) green ovals overlay and are bisected lengthwise by the white vertical line. The rounded end of each oval lies at the corner of the diamond, while the pointed end lies at the circle. The white word "RESERVE" appears in bold to the right of the circle and above the horizontal white line. The white word "ADVISORS" appears to the right of the circle below the white horizontal line and under the white word "RESERVE." The white phrase "LONG-TERM THINKING. EVERYDAY COMMITMENT." is centered underneath all of the foregoing elements of the mark. The font is smaller than those used in the white terms "RESERVE" and "ADVISORS."
