The mark consists of a backwards letter "P" in-front of a forward facing Letter capital "P",the 1st letter P that is flipped facing opposite direction of the 2nd letter P will be a faded black color similar to a shadow effect,the mirror imaged letter P will have a very small space between the two, when the P is filliped against the other letter P it will be a outline of a ionic column, When the 2 P's are back to back the bottom of the pillar will look like the base of the column, following the two capital letter(first one light grey, second P black)with no space inbetween the double P and C, there is a slight space , with the company name first line ,which reads in black large print "Pantheon Consulting", on the second line directly below the name reads the name of the LLC "Pantheon Holding Group , LLC in a smaller font with all grey lettering.
