The mark consists of a series of squares organized into 6 rows of 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 squares respectively, situated above 8 rows of 14, 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 and 2 squares respectively, with a horizontal space between the 6 rows and the 8 rows, and a vertical space dividing each row in half. The squares in each row are progressively larger in relationship to their proximity to the intersection of the horizontal and vertical spaces, creating the impression of a cross formed by the horizontal and vertical spaces. At the bottom right of the design is the word "CLI" in capital letters and below that is the word "CAPITAL" in capital letters.
