The mark consists of the word "TAXI" in black, capital letters with a black rectangle immediately below containing the word "GURU" in white, capital letters in a smaller font such that the black rectangle extends the length of the word "TAXI" and "GURU" is centered in the black rectangle directly beneath the letters "A" and "X". Above the words is a design element consisting of ten (10) squares as described herein. The tittle over the "i" in "TAXI" is a square, yellow in color, which fades to white at the very top imitating a light glare. From that yellow square there is an array of yellow and black squares rising up and to the left in the pattern which imitates smoke rising. Each of these yellow and black squares has the same white at the top as described for the title.
