The mark consists of 9bar roasting logo has a pressure guage with 0 3 6 9 12 15 and 18 on the top that is dialed in to 9. the bar is the measure of pressure that is the most optimal on an espresso machine. hence the name 9bar roasting. we are a coffee roasting company. we also have a slogan on our bag design that says "Raising the Bar" across the top of the bag. we would like to trademark all of this so that we can use all or part at any time. I.E. just the guage and 9bar roasting. or add raising the bar when needed.
