The mark consists of a three-dimensional box for packaging goods, which consists of a red rectangular design that has a sloping black band of varying thickness that extends from the left to the right side with brown walnuts filling the area above thirds of the band. The left and right sides have the "CRAIN WALNUT SHELLING, INC." logo in a circle, consisting of a green tree stretching across the top half of the circle with a blue sky in the background beneath the tree leaves, over a white oval band that stretches beyond the edges of the circle with the word "CRAIN" in red lettering, a black band beneath the white oval with the words "WALNUT SHELLING, INC." in white lettering, and the remaining portion of the circle below in the color yellow. The image of a brown whole walnut shell and a halved tan and brown walnut shell are superimposed over the yellow portion of the circular design. The broken lines are not part of the mark and serve to show placement of the mark.
