The mark consists of the word "Salad" in script font in the color green fading from darker green at the bottom of the letters to lighter green at the top of the letters. A leaf is attached to the top of the "d" in "Salad" and the extends upward and to the right. The color of the leaf fades from the same dark green at the bottom to lighter green at the top. To the right of the word "Salad", and in the same line, is the word "Stop" in the same size and script font. The color of "Stop" fades from dark orange at the bottom of the letters to yellow at the very top of the letters. The word "The" is centered above the letter "a" in the word "Salad" in the same script font but smaller sized print. the color of "The" is the same faded dark orange on bottom to yellow on the top as the word "Stop". A grey sign pole runs through the letter "o" in "Stop" from bottom left to top right at about a 30 degree angle from vertical. At the top of the pole, over the letter"p" in "Stop", is a red six-sided stop sign with white block letters "STOP" tilted at an angle perpendicular to the grey sign pole. The red stop sign is about as large as the capital letters "S" in "Salad" and "Stop" and has a white edge all the way around it and a red border around that.
