The mark consists of the word "SMART" in dark blue block capital letters with the words "WORLD MOBILE" beneath the word "SMART" in light blue capital letters; above the word "SMART" there are series of yellow, dark blue, light blue and red dots randomly placed in three levels; specifically, there is a yellow dot at level two between the "S" and the "M"; a dark blue dot at level one above the v portion of the "M"; a light blue dot at level three above the right portion of the "M"; a red dot at level two between the "M" and "A"; a light blue dot at level one to the right of the peak in the "A"; a red dot at level three above the light blue dot above and to the right of the peak in the "A"; a yellow dot at level two slightly to the left of and above the "R"; a dark blue dot at level two to the right of the yellow dot above the letter "R".
