The mark consists of the distinctive trade dress characterizing product bottling for the owner's goods. The product bottling's distinctive design comprises the following: (1) A first narrow rectangular-shaped box with one rounded corner at the top right listing the type of product contained within the package. The color of this box coordinates with a particular products sold by the owner, e.g., blue goes with System Support whereas light green would go Single Herb. (2) Beneath the first narrow rectangular-shaped box is a second rectangular-shaped box (generally dark green in color) listing the name of the product that is contained within the packaging in a large font. (3) Beneath the larger rectangular-shaped box is a statement about the remedy for which the product is generally used. The statement is in an unshaded or white portion of the packaging and the font of the statement is at least one size smaller than the font used for the name of the product found in the second box. (4) Located towards the bottom of the packaging is a third rectangular-shaped box (generally dark green in color) containing further information about the product and indicating the number of pills contained within the package. (6) A border on the left or right of the above-referenced boxes shows a photo or an artist's rendition of an herb, plant and/or berries.
