The mark consists of a design of an upside down triangle perimeter with the word "PEEKABOO" written in white lettering, on the top inside of the perimeter of the upside down triangle. "BOXING" appearing in white lettering is written on left side, inside of the perimeter of upside down triangle, as you face it. The word "ELITE" appearing in white lettering is written on right side, inside of the perimeter of upside down triangle. No color is claimed other than the white lettering and the white cuffs of the boxing gloves. Inside the inner perimeter is a design of a boxer from the waist up, in a peekaboo boxing stance, with knuckle side of the boxing gloves facing forward, together, up against his nose, right below his eyes. Again the boxing gloves cuffs are white. His elbows are tight to his ribs. Only for background purposes and not a part of the mark, the trademark design is overlaid over black and outlined in white, which is used to show the white in the lettering and white on the cuffs of the boxing gloves.
