The mark consists of the words "The Lazy Pirate" together with the silhouette of a person dressed as a pirate with a peg leg and holding a bottle. The silhouette of the pirate is sitting comfortably upon the "L" in the word "Lazy" with his left foot resting upon the upper left corner of the letter "A" in the same word. The "L" in the word "Lazy", upon which the silhouette of the pirate is resting, is taller than the remaining letters in the word, and all of the letters in the word "Lazy" are upper case. The word "Lazy" sits on top of the word "Pirate" with a small space in between the bottom of the word "Lazy" and the top of the word "Pirate". The word "Pirate" is also in all upper case letters with all of the letters being the same height. In addition, the word "Pirate" is precisely the same length as the word "Lazy". The word "The" is arranged vertically on the left side of the words "Lazy" and "Pirate" with the top of the "T" being positioned below the top of the "L" in "Lazy" approximately 1/3 of the way down the length of the letter "L". The word "The" is also in all capital letters and the bottom of the letter "E" in the word "The" is even with the bottom of each of the letters in the word "Pirate". There is a small space between the right side of the letters in the word "The" and the left side of the letter "L" in "Lazy" and the letter "P" in "Pirate". The words "The" and "Lazy" are colored solid Black, as is the silhouette of the pirate, and the word "Pirate" is colored in solid Navy Blue.
