The mark consists of a red single line circle with a white background where the stylized black wording "TUJIWAN" appears on both the left side and on right side of the circle. At the top of the circle appears the black Chinese characters that transliterate to "TUJIWAN" which translates to "BALD CHICKEN PILL" in English. At the bottom of the circle appear three yellow pills inside of which appears a single white Chinese character where as a whole the white Chinese characters transliterate to "TUJIWAN" which translates to "BALD CHICKEN PILL" in English. In the center of circle appear two red octagons inside of one another with white backgrounds. Inside the innermost octagon appears the design of a rooster standing on one leg where the rooster has black feathers, white feathers, brown feathers, black feet, a red wattle, a red comb, and a brown beak. The color white outside the circle represents the background and is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
