The mark consists of A shape with four prominent rounded corners with a black border forming the edge of the shape. A white line, about 1/5 the width of the black border forms an interior border. Within this shape is a field of black with white stripes emanating vertically from the white border, across the field and intersecting with the white border again at the opposite side. In the center, in white letters is the word "UnderGround", in an arch curving upwards in the middle. Under this word are the words "Cigar Shop & Lounge" in slightly smaller letters than the above with two spade-like shapes on either side of this text.
