The mark consists of an elderly man with a long beard and a mustache whose head and upper torso are circumscribed by the words "papa time's promise pouch". The elderly man is dressed in a robe and nightcap, and his long beard extends to the bottom of his robe, nearly to the bottom of his feet. The elderly man has generally circular dimples on each of his cheeks. In his right hand, the elderly man is holding a clock mounted on a shaft or stick, and in his left hand, the elderly man is holding an hourglass, which is approximately half full. A shaded circular area, which is disposed between the words "papa time's promise pouch" and the head of the elderly man, surrounds the head and upper torso of the elderly man. A plurality of stars is disposed on the elderly man's robe and nightcap, on a portion of the shaded circular area, and between the phrase "papa time's" and the phrase "promise pouch". The stars have various sizes.
