The mark consists of an image having the shape of the top of an open umbrella, as viewed from the side. The image of the umbrella is outlined in shades of green. The word "Cielo" is emblazoned across the image of the top of the umbrella. The letters are cursive and predominately red in color, with yellow and charcoal gray edges that suggest a three dimensional effect. The "C" is stylized in design and suggestive of a crescent moon. The letter "o" is stylized in form and suggestive of the sun, being helical in form and created by a spiral originating from the center point. The spiral forming the "o" is surrounded by thick, somewhat curved, lines that radiate outward and suggest rays of sunlight. These lines suggestive of rays are primarily red in color, with yellow lines across the surface, inside edges of yellow and outer edges of charcoal gray suggesting a three dimensional effect. The area in the bottom center of the umbrella is white suggesting the area of the sky with the brightest light. Bands of yellow color radiate upward from this area suggesting rays of light from the rising sun. Areas of white and yellow color in the lower part of the image suggest clouds. Areas of yellow color at the top and short brown horizontal lines distributed across the logo are suggestive of the open sky in the background. A small streak of gray appears left of center at the bottom end of the logo.
