The right line of the "R", represents an upper human arm continuing as the left line of the "V" in the word "VISION", which also represents a lower human arm and hand holding an open book. The entire left line of the "R", top of the "R" and about one-third of the upper right line of the "R" is in the color blue. The lower right line portion of the letter "R" depicts a silver gray lower arm and hand holding an open book; it also represents the left line of the silver gray letter V in the word "VISION".
