The mark consists of a light grey rectangular background. On the right-hand two-thirds of the mark, the words "BAMA" and "TECHNOLOGY" appear in all lower case letters. "BAMA" is positioned above "TECHNOLOGY" and is in a font size noticeably larger than "TECHNOLOGY" so that the length of both "BAMA" and "TECHNOLOGY" are substantially the same length. "BAMA" appears in black, while "TECHNOLOGY" is in dark grey. On the left-hand one-third of the mark is an orange square with rounded edges that does not reach all the way to the borders of the mark. The square is positioned so that the square is closer to the top edge than the bottom edge of the mark's borders. Super imposed on the square and extending slightly beyond the square are three black shapes that together form a hybrid of the letters "T" and "B" in a unique and rounded way to aesthetically match the rounded square. The shapes do not create a continuous lower case "B" nor a continuous letter "T". Instead, the shapes have spaces between them that allow an observer to see either a "B", a "T", or both at the same time.
