The star is surrounded and partially enclosed by two concentric circles that are shaded blue in the space between the two concentric circles. The three complete points of the 5-pointed star image extend outside of the concentric circles. The color white and stylized font is used for the word "EXPORT" positioned along the inside of the top arc of the blue shaded area between the two concentric circles, and curves over the top point of the red, white, and blue 5-pointed star. Five white 5-pointed stars forming the shape of a circle surround the word "EXPORT" within the blue shaded area between the two concentric circles. The color red and stylized font is used for the words "AMERICAN TEXTILE" positioned in a downward-opening arc above the outside of the top arc of the outermost of the two concentric circles. Below the image of the blue concentric circles that partially encompass the red, white, and blue 5-point star, written horizontally in stylized blue color font outlined in white, with two red five-pointed stars, one on each side of the wording, are the words "THE STANDARD OF QUALITY".
