The mark consists of a shield outlined in blue with blue golf club handles extending from the top corners of the shield and blue golf club heads at the bottom curves of the shield. The upper half of the inner shield is a blue rectangle with the top edge curved to match the upper edge of the outline of the shield. Around the left, right and upper edges of the rectangle is a thin white border between the outline of the shield and the edges of the rectangle. The balance of the inner shield area is white in color. Superimposed on the blue rectangle is the word "SHAW" in stylized white letters followed by a white parenthesis curving to the left. Just below the wording is a white golf ball design which is situated in the middle of the lower edge of the rectangle and falls half in the blue rectangle and half in the white lower area of the shield. The lower half of the golf ball is outlined in blue and is shaded around the bottom in blue to show depth and dimpling. The balance of the golf ball is white in color. Directly below the golf ball and completely within the white area of the shield, is the literal element "CHARITY CLASSIC" in stylized blue letters, with "CHARITY" being above "CLASSIC". Other than as described and identified, the color white is not part of the mark but represents a transparent background.
