The mark consists of Three red circles are aligned inside a dark green rectangle. The first circle has three hooks in the center, each with a circle at the bottom end; there are two small rectangles in between each hooks and there is a circle at the front and end of each hooks. The second circle has two other circles lying in its center, while there are twelve lines going from the outermost circle down towards the innermost circle. The third circle has twelve lines intersecting at the center of the circle and each line has a circle similar to the second circle at the end.
