The mark consists of a big circle with alternating lines, some bigger some smaller that form an outer circle. Then right inside that circle, close to the line that forms the circle described above, in the top a little towards the left side, the following words in capital letter: "HOT PENGUIN, LTD.". At the bottom of that circle between the big one and the small one there are the words, "REPÚBLICA DOMINICANA". Then, creating another circle after those letters, which will be like a smaller circle inside the bigger one, also a series of alternating black lines, some smaller, some bigger, and inside that smaller circle in the middle, is a Penguin, wearing a pair sunglasses, and beach shorts with flowers.
