The mark consists of A large piece of grass with various shaades of green going from darker at the bottom to light at the top, on the left side of the image, with a blue half circle line starting from the left bottom of the piece of grass circling to the right and within that blue half circle is another green half circle that is shaped almost liek a sideways cresent in different shaeds of green with a line of white and then a blue shading to round out the grrn hald cicrle within the blue half circle that includes the large piece of grass, the words "Lake & Wetland" in blue in the middle and to the right of the piece of grass, underlined in blue with the word "Management" in all capital letters underneath the line with the M starting just to the right of the blue half circle and under the word Lake.
