The mark consists of three (3) consecutive, horizontally positioned, square design elements followed by the "EVO by Innovative Continuing the EVOlution" word elements. The word element "EVO" is capitalized and centrally located in the mark. The word elements "by Innovative" are located within the "O" of the capitalized and centrally located word element "EVO." Above the letters "V" and "O" of the centrally located word element "EVO" there are six (6) columns of parallel, diagonally stacked rhombi. In viewing the mark, from left to right there are three (3), ten (10), ten (10), five (5), eight (8), and five (5) rhombi in each respective column. With regards to the three (3) consecutive, horizontally positioned, square design elements, the first square design element consists of a rounded corner square design with a border. Inside of the rounded corner square design element there are two design elements consisting of a television remote control design and a television design. The television remote control design partially covers the lower right side of the television design. The television design consists of rectangular design with an internal rectangular design. The internal rectangular design appears with shading to produce a three (3) dimensional text effect. The television remote control design is rectangular. On the top of the television remote control design is a solid circle design element surrounded by four triangles pointing away from the circle. The triangle designs are positioned on the North, East, South and West directions on the solid circular design. The second square design element consists of a rounded corner square design with a border. Inside of the rounded corner square design element there is a globe-shaped circle containing concentric horizontal and vertical lines that traverse each other to form a net pattern. The third square design element consists of a rounded corner square design with a border. Inside of the rounded corner square design element there is a design of a telephone handset. Also within the rounded corner square design element, and to the right of the handset, there is a solid circle design. Next to the solid circle design and within the rounded corner square design, there is a half-circle design element. The combination of the handset, solid circle design, and half-circle design elements, within the rounded corner square design, resembles a telephone device rotated counter-clockwise slightly over 90 degrees. In viewing the mark, the word elements "Continuing the EVOlution." are positioned to the right of the "EVO by Innovative" word elements. Moreover, in "Continuing the EVOlution.", the letters "E", "V", and "O" are capitalized and there is a period after the word element "EVOlution".
