The mark consists of a silver ring with a black outline, shading and six silver rivets around the ring. Within the silver ring there is a yellow inner circle, also with a black outline with a picture of a silver metal beam crossing a silver metal tube forming an "X" figure in the middle of said circle. Also within the yellow inner circle, at (12 o'clock) there's the silver symbol "&". At (3 o'clock) there's the silver letter "P". At (6 o'clock) there's the silver letter "I" and at (9 o'clock) there's the silver letter "S". To the right of the circle are the words "STEEL AND PIPES, INC." spelled out in black and capital letters, which are also underlined by a yellow and black line.
