The mark consists of the stylized phrase "PREPA NETWORKS". "PREPA" is the English acronym for the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority. "PREPA" is in blue and in bigger font size and "NETWORKS" is in black and smaller font size, underneath and to the slight right of the word "PREPA", beginning from the letter "R". To the left of the word "PREPA" is a design composed of three threads, which represent fiber optic threads in a shape allusive of the letter "P" in reference to the corporate name. The thread to the left is in blue and the two remaining threads are yellow. The threads intertwine in the upper part of the design and appear to enter into a blue circle which represents a virtual telecommunications tube. As the threads enter the blue circle, the color of the threads begin to fade until they turn white.
