The mark consists of stylized design of a double flower in the left hand corner consisting of four hexagon leafs appearing in the color yellow, red, light green and blue, the bottom right hand leaf of the first flower also serves as the top left hand leaf of a second flower consisting of four hexagon leafs in the colors blue and turquoise. The leaf that overlaps has a lower case cursive "e" on it in blue, which is inside a silver colored circle with a silver sunburst pattern around it. To the right of the two flower designs is the word "health" in grey lower case letters followed without a space by a large cursive, blue "e" which is followed by the word "careers" in blue. Under the word "careers" starting at the "c" is the word "network" in grey uppercase letters.
